Tuition

Tuition fees are set by the Board of Directors each year.  Tuition is non-refundable except as outlined in the Tuition Policy.  Tuition is payable in full at registration or in two installments due in April and August. Additional payment options are available by enrolling in FACTS.

First Presbyterian Preschool admits children of any race and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school administered programs.

Registration

Priority for class placement will be given to current students and their siblings followed by church members and finally community members. A waiting list will be maintained for children who do not secure a place in our program. It is common for openings to become available near the confirmation date  as well as points leading up to the first tuition payment in April. Students will continue to be placed in available openings throughout the summer. Parents are invited to affirm their continued interest in their child’s placement and to inquire whether or not there is movement on the waiting list.

Enrollment is ongoing based on class availability.

Financial Aid

Through the Mamie Heinz Scholarship Fund, First Presbyterian Preschool offers tuition assistance to a limited number of families demonstrating need. Our goal is to provide a quality preschool experience for children whose families could not otherwise afford the full tuition amount. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please contact Amy Stewart, Director, at [email protected] to receive a scholarship application. Applications and required tax documents must be submitted in order to be considered for a scholarship. Limited scholarship monies are available following the initial admission notification sent on January 19, 2024.
